Eddie Navarro
“Johnny”

Eddie Navarro made his acting debut in the play production of “A Few Good Men” in the role of William T. Santiago. The preparation of becoming a Marine inspired him to study at the New York Film Academy in Los Angeles. After graduating from the academy, he continued to study acting and landed lead roles in plays such as “Balm in Gilead” by Lanford Wilson and the challenging role of the tormented yet sensitive young frat college student named Skeeter in Andrew Libby’s “Eavesdropper,” which won the Maggie Award for Best New Play.   His film credits include the Anthony Stabley-directed “Electronica 2,” which had previously won the Audience Award Winner (IPOD Film Festival) and is now the Official Selection of the Miami Underground Film Festival (2009). He is currently working on the short film “As Night Falls,” which he co-wrote with director Yuval Shrem. He can be seen on stage this year at the Beverly Hills Playhouse’s production of the 1950s drama “A Hatful of Rain,” written by the late Michael V. Gazzo.
